OzMafia Returns & Refunds Policy
 

Business is business. Here’s how we handle it.
 

If Something Shows Up Damaged
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll sort it out.
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description.
Once confirmed, we will replace or refund the item. We look after our own.

 

No Returns for Change of Mind
All OzMafia products are made to order. Every item is created specifically for you.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

 

Size Issues
We provide size charts for every item. Make sure you check your sizing before placing your order.
If the wrong size is chosen, we cannot refund or replace the item, as each product is custom made.
If you need a different size, a new order will need to be placed.

 

Wrong Address on the Order
If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered at checkout and the order is lost or returned,
the cost of replacement falls on the customer.
We cannot refund orders delivered to the wrong address.

 

Lost Packages
If your package goes missing, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will send a replacement at no cost.

 

Do Not Return Anything Without Instructions
Our products are made and shipped by our production partners.
Different items may come from different facilities.
If your return is approved, we will provide the correct return address.
Do not send items back to OzMafia directly.

 

Timeframes
Damaged, faulty, or misprinted items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Lost package claims must be submitted within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date.
Claims outside these timeframes cannot be guaranteed.

 

In Short
If it’s our mistake, we fix it.
If it’s a change of mind, wrong size, or wrong address, that responsibility falls on the customer.
Straightforward. Fair. That’s the OzMafia way.
